Workshop 1 am Donnerstag, 14.5.26 (Christi Himmelfahrt) von 9.30 - 12.30 Uhr: Qigong for Yogis: Soft Power & Subtle StrengthAn introduction to the internal art of Qigong adapted for yoga practitioners. This workshop explores how slow, intentional movement can build deep strength, joint resilience, and energetic clarity. We work with breath-led spirals, standing postures, arm swings, and fluid sequences that nourish the nervous system while cultivating internal power of Chi. This Chi Gong comes from the school of Dao yin. Ideal for yogis who want to expand beyond static postures and experience strength through softness.

Workshop 2 am Donnerstag 14.5.26 (Christi Himmelfahrt) von 14.00 - 17.00 Uhr: The Power of Posture: Align, Activate, AwakenPosture shapes how we breathe, feel, and move through life. In this workshop, we’ll explore how subtle imbalances in the body affect energy, mood, and mobility — and learn how to realign ourselves with strength and softness. Through breath, targeted movement, and simple anatomical understanding, we’ll reawaken the responsible muscles, reconnect to the feet, and integrate the core and shoulders. A gentle yet powerful session for anyone wanting to feel more upright, open, and grounded in daily life. Great for all levels — including those recovering from slouching, tech posture, or emotional fatigue.

Workshop 3 am Freitag 15.5.26 von 18.00 - 21.00 Uhr: The Spine in Motion: Fluid Strength & Intelligent MobilityYour spine is the axis of vitality, posture, and nervous system health. When it becomes stiff, everything feels restricted — breath, energy, even mood. In this workshop we explore spinal waves, intelligent twisting, controlled extensions, and mindful transitions to restore fluidity and strength through the entire back body. You’ll learn how to move segment by segment — not as one rigid block — creating space, resilience, and ease. Expect a blend of structure and flow that leaves your spine feeling alive, supported, and deeply integrated.

Hi, I’m Prashant Tewatia. I was born in Haryana, North India, and have made my home in Goa for over a decade now.
Yoga has been woven through my life in quiet and constant ways — from watching my grandfather practice sun salutations at dawn, to now guiding workshops and trainings across Europe and Asia.
It was only when I left India to study in Ireland that I truly began to understand the value of what had always been around me. Seeing others’ curiosity about yoga — something so familiar to me — helped me realize how deeply special and necessary the practice is.
Since then, the path has been clear. I’ve dedicated myself to learning and teaching not just yoga, but also martial arts, qigong, and somatic energy practices — always with a focus on embodiment, healing, and presence.
My workshops are an invitation to return to your own body’s intelligence — to strengthen, soften, release, and reconnect.
